This wonderful bakery is popping up all over the place with branches in Cirencester, Tetbury, Elkstone and also a concession in Jesse Smith’s farm shop.
Specialising in a range of naturally leavened breads, including sourdough, ciabattas, and the most incredible focaccias, KNEAD is a delightful bakery that is fast expanding. As well as shops in Elkstone, Cirencester and Tetbury, and a concession at Jesse Smith Farm Shop in Cirencester, the company also has a KNEAD on Wheels, which rolls up to local business parks and industrial estates with freshly made baguettes, salads, and sweet treats during the week, and at local villages at weekends. KNEAD is run by John and Kris, who have a shared passion for pastry and baking, and won a Great Taste Award for their almond croissant. They also sell mouth-watering sausage rolls, cakes, patisseries, salads, and hot and cold drinks; plus breakfasts and lunches. Their team of chefs and bakers from Michelin and AA Rosette awarded kitchens, work together to showcase their exceptional skills at the many supper clubs they host.
